This is the first part of a consultation for functional medicine--  - upload recent lab documents and have surveys filled prior to appt- 60-90 minute comprehensive review of symptoms, history and collection of information - the goal of this is to make sense of your symptoms and lab history, identify the walls you're hitting,  - this also identifies which functional medicine tests may be recommended for you  -- if you have not had labs drawn recently - they can be ordered for you to complete at your local labcorp or drawn in office  The second visit will be scheduled at your first visit - The 60-90 minute review can be done virtually or in office - results are reviewed & compiled in such a way that you can understand your own health and what the next best steps may be.   Labs are not included in the price, if you do not have recent labs - they can be ordered and processed through your insurance or you may elect to add-on a direct pay lab package.
